A 75-year-old man from Fayetteville presented with a squamous cell cancer on the left lower lip. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with one stage of Mohs surgery and repaired in a linear fashion.
