An 83-year-old man from Angier presented with a squamous cell on the right ear. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with five stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a staged mastoid interpolation flap.
