An 82-year-old man from Pittsboro presented with a squamous cell cancer on base of the helix of his left ear. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with one stage of Mohs surgery and repaired with a rhombic flap.
