A 73-year-old woman from Holly Springs presented with a basal cell cancer on the chin. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with two stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a rotation flap.
