A 69-year-old man from Apex presented with a squamous cell cancer on the nose. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with one stage of Mohs surgery and repaired in a linear fashion.
