A 78-year-old man from Holly Springs presented with a basal cell cancer on the right side of the nose. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with three stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a melolabial flap.
