A 77-year-old man from Fuquay-Varina presented with a basal cell cancer on the left nasal tip. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with four stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a bilobed flap.
