A 74-year-old man from Holly Springs presented with a squamous cell cancer on the rim of his left ear. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with one stage of Mohs surgery and repaired with a skin graft.
