An 80-year-old woman from Sanford presented with a melanoma on the junction of her right cheek and right side of the nose. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with three stage of Mohs surgery and repaired with a combination of local flap and skin graft.
