A 74-year-old woman from Cary presented with a squamous cell cancer on the right lower leg. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with one stage of Mohs surgery and repaired with a keystone flap.
