A 75-year-old man from Garner presented with a basal cell cancer on the right lower nasal sidewall. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with two stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a bilobed flap.
