A 53-year-old man from Sanford presented with a squamous cell cancer on the right side of the nose. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with one stage of Mohs surgery and repaired with a rhombic flap.
