A 61-year-old man from Cary presented with a basal cell cancer on the left upper nose. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with two stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a rhombic flap.
