A 65-year-old man from Lillington presented with a basal cell cancer on the left lower eyelid. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with three stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a rhombic flap.
