An 82-year-old man from Sanford presented with a basal cell cancer in front of his left ear and ear lobe. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with two stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a V-Y advancement flap.
